The Meetings Department has been asked to not schedule events on Monday, March 17th between 5 - 7PM as we will continue to showcase the ACS/Kavli Innovations in Chemistry Lecture.  If your event falls within this day and time, we ask that you please reschedule.

If you have an account on Virtual EMS for the ACS National Meeting:

  • Select My Account to log in.
  • Note: A new Virtual EMS account needs to be set up for each national meeting.
  • Select ACS Resource Links to locate the National Meeting site, 
    the event coordinator's site, and request forms for social events, meeting rooms, and workshops.

If you do not have an account on Virtual EMS for the ACS National Meeting, e-mail the following information to vemshelp@acs.org:

  • Requestor’s full name.
  • Requestor’s address, phone, fax and email address.
  • Bill To-Person's name, address, phone, fax and email address.
  • Name of group sponsoring the event(s). ACS staff must also include the Department ID for each group.
  • Full contact information for any other person authorized to make changes or requests for your event.

Once you have logged in to Virtual EMS:
  • Select Reservations: Room Request to make a new reservation.
  • Select Reservations: View My Requests to review your reservations.
  • Select My Account to log out.
  • Select ACS Resource Links to locate the national meeting site, 
    the event coordinator's site, and request forms for social events, meeting rooms, and workshops.
